The mum-of-two, who gave birth to a baby girl last week, dedicated the £12.99 read to her husband and two-year-old son, with a handwritten note inside.

Meghan begins her audiobook by reading the sweet tribute, telling readers: "To the man and baby who make my heart go pump pump."

She goes onto say: "This is your bench, where life will begin, for you and our son, our baby, our kin.

"This is your bench, where you’ll witness great joy. From here you will rest. See the growth of our boy."

It describes the 34-page print version of her kids read, in which different dads can be seen interacting with their kids from benches.

One dad dances with his son in a pink tutu while another watches a shooting star above them.

And it gives a fresh glimpse into the Sussexes' tight-knit family and life in their LA home.

The book's illustrations appear to feature the family's new addition Lilibet “Lili” Diana Mountbatten-Windsor, with Meghan seemingly cradling baby Lili in a vegetable patch in one illustration.

Another picture shows Harry sprinkling food for the family's chickens around him and Archie.

It comes after the Duke and Duchess of Sussex recently revealed they have a chicken coop at their Montecito mansion, located near Santa Barbara, California.

During their Oprah interview in March, the couple also shared unseen footage of Archie playing on the beach and said it was about "getting back to the basics."

They said they have homed a number of rescue chickens, and the coop boasts a cute sign reading 'Archie's Chick Inn'.

Meghan explained that being "able to live authentically" was vital to her and Harry.

"This kind of stuff is so basic, but it's really fulfilling and about getting back to basics," she said.

It comes after Meghan and Harry welcomed Lilibet Diana Mountbatten-Windsor into the world on Friday – announcing the news in a post on their Archewell website.

The proud parents said in a statement: “She is more than we could have ever imagined.”

A source told US Weekly: “Archie absolutely adores his little sister and gives her lots of kisses. He’s held her with the help of his parents.”
