NSW Police said in a statement that officers will allege Mr Zumbo sexually touched and indecently assaulted three women, aged 23, 26, 27, and a 16-year-old girl, on multiple occasions at work between 2014 and 2020.
Police said detectives attached to Sutherland Shire Police Area Command had launched an investigation into reports a girl, 16, had been indecently assaulted by a man whom she knew.
Additional women came forward, alleging they were indecently assaulted by the same man, during the course of the investigation, the police statement said.
Mr Zumbo, of Maroubra, was charged with two counts of aggravated sexual touching of another person, seven counts of aggravated indecent assault of someone under his authority and nine counts of common assault.
He was refused bail and is due to appear at Parramatta Local Court on Saturday.
Police said investigations are continuing.
