The Chase's Darragh Ennis has given fans a sneaky peek into his private life.
Darragh "The Menace" has proved to be popular since he became the sixth Chaser on the hit ITV quiz show.
But fans of the Irishman have been wanting to know more about his life away from the game show set.
Now, he's shared a funny story about his wedding day, joking he doesn’t rate his chances of one day getting the call for Strictly Come Dancing because of it.
“I know everybody who goes on Strictly says they can’t dance – but I really can’t dance,” joked Darragh in an interview with RSVP Live, at the same giving a rare insight into his married life.
“It’s like saying to someone, ‘Why don’t you go to Jupiter?’ It’s that impossible.
“I got lessons for my wedding and after my first dance, my mother-in-law said to me, ‘I thought you got lessons?’, so that was how much of an improvement I had! I can’t dance. Something like Strictly would be way out.”
Pro quizzer Darragh also then gave a rare glimpse into his marriage, revealing that he and his wife are college sweethearts.

They studied for their degrees and PhDs there and “were in labs down the hall from each other and she’s from Kildare,” he said.
Dublin-born Darragh was a former contestant on The Chase in 2017, but has wasted little time in carving out a successful career on the show after his cameo appearance.
And this week he will make his debut on the popular spin-off show Beat The Chasers.
The show differs from the usual format as it sees contestants take on all five Chasers together in a race against the clock to win big cash.
“One of the hardest bits about The Chase is you’re on your own,” Darragh told The Mirror.
“If you don’t know the answer you have to have a bit of a guess and that kind of opens it up to getting something wrong.
“But on Beat The Chasers, you’re on with the others and we all have our own speciality subject. It’s really good fun and we had a lot of laughs in between takes of filming.”
Darragh is also a brainy scientist who works at Oxford University and his Chaser name is based on the Beano character Dennis The Menace.
ITV producers were originally going to call him The Professor. He also known as The Dublin Dynamo and D. Ennis, in a nod to his own name.
The Chase fans floored as contestant makes cringeworthy Oasis blunder in awkward moment
“They didn’t tell me my name until I was on set,” Ennis once revealed. “I was on stage, waiting to go on and that was the first time I heard.
“They did say that they wanted to call me the Professor originally, but I work at a university in Oxford and that’s a title you really have to earn.
“I think people would be very annoyed if I started called myself the Professor.”
