Strictly's Dianne Buswell and Max George head to rehearsals after troll message

Strictly Come Dancing’s Dianne Buswell has arrived for rehearsals with her dance partner Max George after being trolled by a fan who claimed they were waiting outside her apartment.

The duo, who are one of the 12 couples competing in this year’s series, are set to perform a jive to I’m A Believer by The Monkees when the show returns on Saturday night.

Dianne and Max masked up as they walked onto the premises, with Dianne wrapped up warm in an oversized orange and baby pink coat and snake-print trousers.

Meanwhile, Max walked behind her in black sports gear and wheeled a huge black suitcase in tow.

The Wanted singer was spotted wearing a cast on his left hand for support following an old injury.

Last week, a vile troll said they were near where Dianne is currently staying while filming Strictly, prompting the show’s bosses to review its security. Dianne later thanked fans for their support.

The couple were awarded 17 points out of a possible 30 for their first performance of the series last week.

The duo danced the tango to James Bay’s hit Best Fake Smile, landing them eighth on the leaderboard.

Singer HRVY and his partner Janette Manrara found himself at the top of the leaderboard, with a score of 25, thanks to their impressive jive.

However, his efforts on the dance floor are coming at a cost as he later revealed that he has been left ill over the extreme pressure of the rehearsal room and the strenuous routine.

‘The day before in the dress runs, we did three, and I did have a little moment where I had to go to the toilet and…,’ he told presenter Zoe Ball.

Strictly Come Dancing returns on Saturday at 7.15pm on BBC One.
