Daily Star’s Inside Hot TV newsletter sees Ed Gleave send you telly’s hot takes straight to your inbox every Sunday
TV host Lorraine Kelly and her daughter Rosie will take part in the upcoming series of Celebrity Gogglebox 2021.
Speaking on Monday's edition of her chat show Lorraine, the ITV regular told Nick Grimshaw: "Rosie and I have been asked to do it and we love the show so much so we thought let's just do it."
Fellow Celeb Gogglebox star Grimmy said: "You are there for a while because you have to watch the week in telly.
"But Channel 4 pay for the snacks so you can have whatever you want."
It'll be the third series of the Channel 4 show, which will kick off on June 4.
So while we wait for the new series to begin, we take a closer look at who will be joining Lorraine on the sofa.
Who is Lorraine Kelly's daughter?
Rosie Kelly Smith is the only daughter of Lorraine Kelly and husband Steve Smith., who got married in September 1992.
Rosie graduated with a 2:1 in Journalism from Edinburgh Napier University, and lived in Singapore for three years after securing a role as a marketing and community manager at a company called Accela.
Speaking about why she chose to study journalism, Rosie told The Tab a few years back: "I don’t really see my mum as an inspiration, I mean she’s not the reason why I’m studying journalism.
"My dad is a cameraman, that’s how my parents met actually, whilst my uncle is in advertising and granddad worked in the television industry too. So I guess it’s in the family."
Lorraine fans divided during teary hug segment as they accuse it of being 'staged'
Rosie, who is 26 years old, returned to the UK in 2020, and now writes for Hello magazine, and also describes herself as a podcaster.
Lorraine and Rosie joined forces earlier in the year to start their own podcast called What If.
The podcast series, which has had guests such as Cat Deeley and Tim Peake, explores life's "what ifs", discussing "turning points, thoughts and decisions".
Lorraine fans baffled by how Stacey Solomon makes her bed with a coat hanger
Speaking about their close bond, Lorraine told Weekend Magazine: "We talk about everything under the sun. I'm her mum, though. I'd never say I was her best friend because she's got her friends already.
"I do love to think she tells me everything but she doesn't."
Lorraine has previously spoken about how hard it was to be apart from Rosie due to the coronavirus lockdown.
The TV host explained they had stayed in touch through video calls, but added: " there’s nothing like being able to give your child a cuddle".
"Every mother will know what I’m saying – there’s just nothing like the smell of your child’s hair. Rosie always smells so good.”
When they finally reunited Lorraine told MailOnline: “I’m trying not to be too teary, because I don’t want to embarrass her, but being able to hold her after all that time was just fantastic."
