Jeremy Clarkson shuts down WWTBAM player and says he’s ‘not interested’

Charm went out the window with Jeremy Clarkson on Tuesday evening's Who Wants To Be A Millionaire when he told a player he was "not interested" in hearing about his job.

Player Andy Thomas from Portsmouth was in the hot seat tonight, hoping to win enough money to buy a boat of his own – either inflatable or something more extravagant.

He got off to a rocky start when he was forced to use two lifelines on his £4,000 question, leaving him with few resources for the big money questions.

Trying to make chitchat between rounds, famously curmudgeonly host Jeremy asked Andy about his job as a training facilitator.

Andy went on to explain he focused on the behavioural side of training, specifically for health and safety teams in businesses.

As soon as he heard the words "health and safety," however, Jeremy shut him down, cutting in with: "I'm not interested anymore."

Andy looked a little put-off, as he tried to go along with the joke by replying: "I thought you'd like that."
