BBC Breakfast in ANOTHER hosting shake-up as beloved presenter missing from sofa | The Sun

BBC Breakfast has been caught up in ANOTHER hosting shake-up after a resident presenter was "missing again" this morning.

Viewers tuned into the flagship programme hoping to see Jon Kay and Sally Nugent together.

But, Jon, 53, who typically hosts with Sally, 51, was missing from the iconic red sofa, and instead appeared live from a remote location.

He was joined by iconic CBBC character Hacker the Dog as the Beeb launched its new children's writing campaign, 500 Words.

So as a result, Sally fronted the morning programme by herself, bringing viewers the latest news.

The BBC Breakfast star looked stunning as always in a nude monochrome smart outfit that consisted off a plain T-shirt and a double breasted tight blazer.

Her ashy brown and blonde highlighted tresses were styled in loose waves with volume.

Sally kept her make-up glowing and radiant by using only blush, mascara, a smudge of black eyeliner which gave her a smokey eye look, and lip gloss.

Jon usually fronts the show with Sally from Monday to Wednesday before Charlie Stayt and Naga Munchetty take over until Saturday.

Due to a BBC hosting shake-up, many regular stars have been absent from the studio recently.
