Selling Sunset has fast become one of our favourite reality shows.

The Netflix series follows the workplace dramas of a group of ambitious estate agents working in the Hollywood Hills.

Who knew that following a bunch of estate agents could be so entertaining? Then again, we suppose these aren’t everyday houses that they are selling – and these aren't just regular realtors.

Since the last season wrapped on Netflix, we’ve been counting down the days until the next, and now we won’t have to wait much longer.

There are currently three seasons available of the show, first released in 2019.

The cast was set to have wrapped on Season 4 by now, but are currently still filming following delays due to the pandemic.

It’s now known for certain that there will be a fourth season, and it’s likely to land later this year.

Jason and Brett Oppenheim, Chrishell Stause, Christine Quinn, Mary Fitzgerald (and husband Romain Bonnet), Heather Rae Young, Amanza Smith, Maya Vander and Davina Potratz will all be back.

A large portion of the show will likely follow Christine Quinn as she prepares to become a Mum.

Christine announced her pregnancy news in People magazine, later posted pictures of the glam shoot to her social media with a caption saying that she and her husband Christian “cant wait” to start their family.

“My heart is already bursting with love and gratitude for this little life inside me. I’m humbled, awestruck, and inspired. It’s already a feeling like no other that I’ve ever experienced, and all I can think about is how we can be the best parents possible. We can’t wait to start our family!” she wrote.

Heather is also engaged to her partner Tarek El Moussa, so we could even see another wedding on the show.

It’s also believed that after doubting her future at the Group for much of the last season, Maya will take the plunge and open her own Miami branch.

While Christine told Glamour that Brett had left the show “to start his own brokerage,” so far, these claims have been denied.
