    Fans Hag enough

Manchester United fans were left fuming with manager Erik ten Hag at the end of the 3-3 Champions League draw at Galatasaray.

This is yet another poor result that puts United on the brink of Champions League elimination.

Yet, at the end of the match, Ten Hag was smiling as he embraced Galata star Hakim Ziyech, who he worked with at Ajax.

Ziyech scored twice as the Turkish champions came back from 2-0 and 3-1 down to restore parity.

    Bruno Fernandes speaks

Manchester United captain Bruno Fernandes admitted critical mistakes were made at Galatasaray.

It was another game where we could have closed the game.

We had too many chances, as I've said, and mistakes by ourselves. It's too bad, to be honest.

I don't want to be too negative, but what we've been doing in the Champions League is not enough.

We have to control our games every time, it's not the first game we've had like this.

    Are you Fer real?

Manchester United legend Paul Scholes told his former club's captain Bruno Fernandes to "take responsibility" for Wednesday's Champions League draw at Galatasaray.

I know in his interview he is talking about mistakes, but he made two big mistakes tonight by giving two stupid fouls away that lead to two goals.

The full team, including himself as the captain, have to take responsibility – it’s a game they should win.

They just cannot keep clean sheets – the defence is all over the place, the keeper is making mistakes, Bruno giving away cheap free-kicks.

It makes the game difficult for them every time and they don’t need to do that.

    A New hope

Bayern Munich superstar Manuel Neuer was Manchester United's unlikely hero as he kept them in the Champions League – for now.

United are still bottom of Group A after drawing 3-3 with Galatasaray at Ali Sami Yen Stadium.

That meant the Red Devils needed Bayern to avoid a shock defeat to Copenhagen.

And the German champions – who already progressed top of the table – almost suffered a shock loss in the dying minutes.

Copenhagen star Mohamed Elyounoussi's towering header forced the Neuer to get down low to his left side.

And the goalkeeper did excellently well to then save the rebound effort and help the Bavarians clear the ball to safety.

    Who's through already?

Here are all the teams that have qualified for the Champions League knockout stages so far:

    • Bayern Munich
    • Real Madrid
    • Real Sociedad
    • Inter Milan
    • Manchester City
    • RB Leipzig
    • Atletico Madrid
    • Lazio
    • Borussia Dortmund
    • FC Barcelona
    • Arsenal

    How Man Utd go through

Manchester United are still bottom of Group A after drawing 3-3 at Galatasaray.

United now have to beat Bayern Munich in their final Champions League group game at Old Trafford.

The Red Devils will also hope Copenhagen draw with Galata.

That is the only way the Manchester giants can advance to the Last 16 of the Champions League.

    Erik ten Hag reacts

Manchester United boss Erik ten Hag took responsibility for the draw at Galatasaray.

We are winning and then we are losing. We should have taken three points. This is the same in more games – home against Galatasaray and away in Copenhagen.

We played so good. So I have to make a compliment to my team but I also have to criticise the team and us as a coaching staff and me as a manager.

We are not defending well enough, we are leading 3-1 and you can't afford such mistakes because it makes a difference.

These mistakes can't happen. In the Champions League you will get punished and we have to learn from that.

    Mason Greenwood targeted

Manchester United loanee Mason Greenwood could find himself at the centre of Spanish summer transfer flurry, The Sun can reveal.

Valencia and Real Sociedad are both “monitoring” Greenwood and could make a move in the summer while Getafe, where Greenwood plays on loan, are also keen.

Mason has done brilliantly since he moved to Spain and is really catching the eye after a strong start to his time at Getafe. There are a number of clubs looking at him in Spain with scouts from Valencia and Sociedad seemingly at the front of the queue.

It is highly unlikely Mason will return to Manchester United. That ship has sailed, and he looks set to enjoy the next phase of his career in Spain where he has really settled and found his feet both personally and professionally.

He owes a huge debt to Getafe for the help and support they have given him, and it’s possible he could make his move there permanent at the end of the season.

But if he carries on playing like he is, other bids and offers are likely to come in, leaving Mason, and the club, with a decision to make. After a very difficult year or so Mason feels like his career is on the up.

      Werner snubs Man Utd

RB Leipzig ace Timo Werner has snubbed a January move to Manchester United.

Werner has emerged as a surprise target for United who are looking for attacking reinforcement.

However, Sky report the striker is prepared to stay at Leipzig and fight for his place instead of moving to Old Trafford.

The Germany international has been limited to just four starts for the Bundesliga giants so far this season, scoring two goals.

      Man Utd in trouble

Manchester United drew 3-3 with Galatasaray at Ali Sami Yen Stadium and are still bottom of Group A.

United are now one point behind Copenhagen and Galata, who are second and third respectively.

The Red Devils face top of the group Bayern Munich, who have sealed first place, at Old Trafford next.

The Manchester giants need to beat Bayern and hope the other two draw to make the Last 16.

      Scholding

Paul Scholes hit out at Bruno Fernandes after United 3-3 draw versus Galatasaray.

      Rule breakers

Galatasaray have been accused of breaking a little-known rule to score their first goal against Manchester United, with some claiming it should have been disallowed.

Hakim Ziyech sparked the hosts' comeback as he whipped a free-kick past Andre Onana after United had raced into a 2-0 lead.

However the goal could have been chalked off as Mauro Icardi appeared to commit an infringement as the shot was taken.

That's because he was only 61 centimetres away from Rasmus Hojlund, who was standing in the wall, according to beIN SPORTS.

That's less space than the should be allowed to have.

      Hargreaves reacts

Owen Hargreaves reckons United are making too many mistakes, given the incredible amount of goals they’ve scored.

He told TNT Sports: “United scored three in Munich and lost, three in Copenhagen and lost and three again here and didn’t win. If you had said before [those games] that you would score that amount of goals, no one would ever have believed you.

“They are scoring enough goals but making mistakes which are costly in the Champions League.”

      Ten Hag doesn't blame Onana

Ten Hag refused to single out Onana when discussing the goals conceded tonight.

He said: “I think every goal we conceded has its own story. They come from transition moments that we spoke about and we don’t block the middle.

“The second we gave away a needless free kick but we have to defend the free kick better.

“And the third we were organised but got run off. It can never happen, you get punished for mistakes in the Champions League.

“We’ll fix that [losing a lot of goals]. I’m very pleased, you can see the style of this team; proactive, dynamic and brave. We created so many chances.”

      Ten Hag reacts

On the disappointment of dropping two points, he told TNT Sports: “We should have taken all three points, clearly.

“But we should have done that in other games, too. Away to Copenhagen, home to Galatasaray, we play so good.

“For that I have to compliment the team but at the same time I have to criticise them as defending we aren’t good enough.

“Winning 3-1, we can’t afford to make these mistakes as it makes the difference.”

      Garna get you

Alejandro Garnacho was involved in a heated exchange with Galatasaray goalkeeper Fernando Muslera following his Manchester United opener.

The winger scored in the 11th minute of the Champions League tie.

However, he was involved in a heated altercation with Muslera who sprinted 40 yards to confront him after his celebration.

Garnacho had sprinted over to the corner flag in front of the home crowd and held his hand up to his ear during his celebration.
