While all non-essential retailers and services have had to close, Prime Minister Boris Johnson says takeaway firms can continue to operate.
Here's what you need to know.
Is Domino's still open?
Yes, Domino's is still open. But as of March 24, customers are no longer allowed to collect pizzas in stores in a bid to try and prevent the spread of coronavirus.
When your pizza has arrived, the driver will instead call you to agree where to leave your food.
Once the food is in the agreed location the driver will stay at least two meters away while you collect your order.
Domino's says processes have also been implemented among workers in store to ensure distance is maintained.
The pizza chain has been operating these contactless free deliveries since March 14.

We've asked Domino's if any stores have temporarily closed and if they've changed their hours but it appears they're still running as normal.
Hours vary by store as they're run by different franchisees but when we checked a handful of London stores they were typically open from 10am to 12am.
Can I still pay with cash?
No, cash is no longer being accepted to pay for deliveries or as tips.
You'll instead need to pay online or over the phone by card when you place your order.
Can I get a discount if I work for the NHS?
You can check for Domino's discounts when you put your postcode into its website.
We couldn't see any NHS or key worker specific discounts at local London stores but Domino's has said it will deliver 10,000 free pizzas to NHS workers nationwide.
It follows a similar deal offered by one of its franchisees.
It's unclear how you can actually take up the offer though – we've asked Dominos for more information and we'll update this story when we get a response.
Is Domino's recruiting right now?
Yes. Dominos is taking on 6,000 new staff, including store workers and delivery drivers, to meet takeaway demand.
You can apply via its website.
Interviews will take place via phone and via video call on FaceTime.
