Countryfile: Simon King tells Ellie Harrison to ‘spread her legs’
Ellie Harrison is one of the main presenters on Countryfile having presented the show for over a decade. Tonight she and fellow presenter Tom Heap will visit Somerset as The Mendip Hills are being preserved. But what is the presenter’s net worth?
How much is Ellie Harrison worth?
Ellie has presented on the long-running screens for over a decade, however, the net worth of the Countryfile star is currently unknown.
Ellie made her presenting debut on the wildlife series Michaela’s Wild Challenge which aired between 2003 and 2006.
The BBC star presented on the series as she covered for host Michaela Strachan while she was on maternity leave.

The presenter later went on to report around the UK for The One Show as part of their wildlife coverage between 2007 and 2008.
Ellie joined Countryfile the following year and has since become one of the show’s main presenters alongside Adam Henson, John Craven and Tom Heap.
She also presented alongside Adam Henson in the BBC series Secret Britain which uncovered the stunning landscapes of the countryside.
Talking of her relationship with her co-star, Ellie admitted she found life on screen “very hard”.
She said: “We’re quite different: Adam is a country sportsman and I’m a tree-hugger, but we take the mickey out of each other about it.
“Adam’s a showman. His dad was on TV, his uncle is an actor and his grandfather was an entertainer.”
Ellie added: “Whereas I’m pretty shy and find all that very hard.”
While Ellie is known for her presenting work on-screen, it is not known how much she earns.

This is because many of the shows Ellie has presented on have been produced by BBC’s commercial arm BBC studios.
Talking of her future on TV, Ellie has previously admitted she hopes to still be presenting by the time she reaches her fellow Countryfile presenter John Craven’s age.
She told Event magazine: “Yes. It would be absolutely wrong to sit here and go, this is my gig now forever! That doesn’t happen.
“Creative media crave the new and the fresh and the next, not the old and the staid and the familiar.
“And it’s not up to me. In this industry, you may not continue to have the gig one day and that’s to be expected.
“As long as you accept that, then you’re not going to become too diva-ish about it.”
Countryfile will air tonight on BBC one from 6pm
