UFC president Dana White will likely make Khabib Nurmagomedov 'an offer he can't refuse' in their upcoming meeting.
White is set to meet the promotion's lightweight champion tonight to discuss his recent retirement from mixed martial arts.
The undefeated Nurmagomedov, who many believe is the greatest lightweight of all time, is seemingly dead set on not competing again.
But the Russian's head coach, American Kickboxing Academy's Javier Mendez, reckons White's imminent proposal will make him think twice about staying retired.
Mendez told SunSport: "I think Dana has it in his mind to give him an offer he can't refuse."
White, 51, has a long history of getting what he wants, a fact Mendez is well aware of.

He added: "Let's face it, how many times has Dana failed at doing something he wanted to do? Not much. Dana does what he says."
Nurmagomedov, 32, retired from mixed martial arts last October following his UFC 254 victory over Justin Gaethje.
The fan-favourite called time on his career after promising his mother he'd no longer compete without his late father – Abdulmanap – by his side.
Mendez is confident Nurmagomedov won't go against his mother's wishes, although he believes White's offer will prompt The Eagle to try and get 'her blessing' to return.

The AKA chief said: "I think that if his mother says no, it's no.
"But, I wouldn't rule out the fact that Dana gives him something to talk to his mother about and get her blessing."
Mendez is in the dark about Nurmagomedov's plans for the future but insists he'll support whatever decision he makes.
He said: "I wouldn't rule that [a return] out whatsoever. No way, no way.
"As far as I'm concerned, retired, not retired, fighting, not fighting, it's all open.
"He's young, he's 32. So for me, I look at it like, 'Okay, what do you want?'
"'Oh, coach, let's start training.' Okay. 'Coach, come help me train the team.' Okay."
