Dana White is a busier man than ever after the historic merger between the UFC and WWE was announced earlier this year.
White was elevated to the role of UFC CEO following the completion of the merge, with a newly established company valued at an estimated £17.3billion.
Given the increased demands on the 54-year-old it is no surprise he looked to get himself in the best possible shape to deal with all of the stresses life would throw at him.
White recently took to social media to show off his body transformation, displaying a ripped physique many would expect of top UFC stars.
The UFC supremo posted a side-by-side picture to his Instagram account, showing a picture from before his weight loss, alongside an image of his now sculpted six pack and impressive chest and arms.

Celebrating the transformation, the 54-year-old added the caption: ‘Left is March 17th 2017. Right is September 18th, 2023. F***IN NUTS!!!’
Working in a company surrounded by elite athletes is easy to assume White’s impressive change in physique is down to dealing with the best MMA fighters around.
White, however, has openly discussed how his transformation came as a result of a meeting with human biologist and mortality expert Gary Brecka.
The UFC chief met with Brecka last year having become fascinated with finding out when he was going to die.
Speaking to the Action Junkies Podcast in October last year, White explained that Brecka took his blood and DNA before receiving a projection about his likely time of death.
Brecka, who runs the gene and blood testing company 10X Health Systems, reportedly told White he had just over 10 years to live if he didn’t change his lifestyle.
The revelation triggered White’s fitness drive with the UFC mogul inspired to get into the best physical shape, with a diet and fitness regime that has seen him shed over two stone.
‘I connect with this guy, and they come in and they do my blood work and they scrape the insides of your cheeks to do your DNA,’ White said.

‘So, he calls me [and says] I’m going to come out personally and walk you through your blood work. He ends up coming out, he sits down for three and a half hours and goes through my blood work.’
White explains he had a shock when told how many years he was told he had left.
‘I’m all f****ed up. Everything that can be bad can be possibly bad. He gave me 10.4 years to live,’ he said.
‘This was 16 weeks ago and he said to me “If you don’t change these things, this is your life expectancy.” He told me everything that was wrong with me, s*** I hadn’t even told my wife.
‘And he says, “If you do everything I tell you to do for the next 10 weeks it will change your life.” I did everything he said to the letter, and I lost 30lbs.’
White has understandably been proud of the fitness regime, highlighted by his chiselled physique in his Instagram photo.
The photo has amassed over 477,000 likes with nearly ten thousand people commenting to praise White for the difference in his body shape since 2017.
His fitness drive has undoubtedly been aided by the vast array of sports facilities at his Las Vegas mansion and at the UFC’s offices, which he showed off to Men’s Health in 2021.

White, who is worth an estimated $500m, boasts a gym, massage room, basketball court and swimming pools at his mansion.
The mansion also has an array of swimming pools, although White has joked he is more likely to float on a raft than complete laps.
His Las Vegas office also has cardio and weights rooms, which are home to running machines, cross trainers, free weights and resistance machines.
White also benefits from having a personal chef, although the UFC boss admits he still enjoys junk food.
He even has his own YouTube series titled F*** it Friday where he tries a variety of foods, with fried spaghetti and concha French toast among the latest sampled.
Given the improvements in his overall fitness, White can be forgiven some a cheat day here and there.
