Carrie Johnson unveils very festive Christmas makeover at her and Boris home

Carrie Johnson has been getting into the Christmas spirit over at her family home, where she and husband Boris Johnson reside with their three young children.

Carrie, 35, who married former Prime Minister Boris, 59, in 2021, has shared a glimpse of her festive preparations on Instagram, where she documents her family life with children Wilfred, three, Romy, one, and four month old Frank.

The mum-of-three has began decorating her home ready for December to commence, with one of her first purchases being a set out adorable miniature Christmas trees which each have one the Johnson family member's name attached.

Carrie posted a photograph of the five small trees displayed on a wooden table, with hers, Boris' and their three children's names written on white tags and attached to each one.

"Can't wait to put these sweet mini trees on our table at Christmas," Carrie captioned the snap, before tagging the business she'd purchased the trees from.

Later the same day, she revealed she'd taken a special trip to a local post office with eldest child Wilfred, so that he could post a letter to Santa Claus.

Carrie posted a sweet photo of her son holding a white envelope addressed to Father Christmas, which no doubt contained his wish list for the big day.

"Off to get a stamp for a very important letter," the 35 year old penned, alongside a red heart emoji.

It's set to be a busy December for the Johnson clan, with not only Christmas but also baby daughter Romy's first birthday on 9 December.

Carrie will no doubt have her hands full with decorating her family home too, as the £3.8 million Oxfordshire property boasts nine bedrooms and five bathrooms, as well as an impressive five acres of land. There's also a tennis court, two stables and a sprawling garden.

Carrie and Boris reportedly moved into the Grade II-listed home, called Brightwell Manor, earlier this year after living rent-free in properties including a £20m townhouse in Knightsbridge and a Cotswolds cottage, according to The Mirror.

Carrie and Boris began dating in 2018 and went on to get engaged in 2019. The following year, their first child Wilfred Lawrie Nicholas Johnson was born.

In 2021, the couple tied the knot in a small ceremony at Westminster Cathedral and later that same year their second child, Romy Iris Charlotte Johnson, was born. Carrie and Boris' third child, Frank Alfred Odysseus Johnson, was born on 5 July 2023.
