A24 auctions off wacky props from ‘Midsommar,’ ‘Uncut Gems’ for coronavirus relief

A24 is hoping you’ll take a cut of their gems — for charity.

The indie production company responsible for movies such as ”Uncut Gems,” “Midsommar” and “Mid90s,” plus the hit HBO series “Euphoria,” is auctioning off props and costumes online to benefit local charities and hospitals providing COVID-19 relief.

The virtual auction will give “movie fans a chance to own a piece of film history,” according to a press release from the entertainment company, as well as supporting a good cause.

The loot for sale includes the plastic snorkel mask worn by affable Gabe in “Eighth Grade,” the race-car bed from “Uncut Gems” and a maroon sweatshirt worn on-screen by Zendaya playing drug-addicted Rue in “Euphoria.” The sweatshirt includes holes cut in the armpits by the “Euphoria” costume department “to accommodate a safety harness,” which Zendaya was hooked up to during a dance sequence in the Season 1 finale, according to A24.
