Organizers of the 2020 Lollapalooza Music Festival in Chicago took to Twitter to announce that they are delaying the release of the official lineup for this year’s event.
“Right around this time every year, we come together to celebrate the announcement of another incredible Lollapalooza lineup. For now, we are at home, taking care of each other, listening to music, and dreaming of summertime in Chicago,” read an official statement made the organizers on Twitter.
The statement went on to add that further updates about the festival dates and lineup will be announced as soon as possible.
“Until then, please stay home and take care of yourself and each other. We can’t wait to see you!” they signed off.
The event is currently scheduled to take place between Thursday, July 30, and Sunday, August 2, at Grant Park in Chicago.
Headliners as last year’s Lollapalooza included Ariana Grande, Childish Gambino, Twenty One Pilots and The Strokes.
