Katie Price hints her kids saved her life as she opens up on rehab: ‘I’ve been to hell and back’

Katie Price has opened up about her time in rehab in a brutally honest trailer for her reality show Katie Price: My Crazy Life.

The 41 year old, who recently insisted she's "just friends" with Dreamboys hunk Al Warrell, took to Instagram to promote the short clip as she told her followers: "Hey guys, swipe up now to see a little clip of my one hour special My Crazy Life on Quest. I'm excited and I haven't seen it too!"

The link takes viewers to YouTube, where a 45 second video first shows Katie in a plain-looking room at The Priory, telling the camera: "My name's Katie Price. I've decided to check in as an inpatient, I think this is something that's been brewing for a while.

"There's only so much I can take as a human being."

Another scene shows the former glamour model, who recently moved into a £4,000 a month safe house amid the coronavirus pandemic, sitting a on glamorous pink couch as she tells a pal: "Everything's just gotten to me."

She then heavily hints that her five kids Harvey, 17, Junior, 14, Princess, 12, Jett, six, and five year old Bunny saved her life as she continues: "And the only reason I'm sitting here now is because of my children."

"I've been to hell and back, but I'm starting to feel like me again," she added.

The trailer also shows Katie on the other side of her time in rehab as she speaks to an unknown caller on the phone about the coronavirus pandemic that's forced the UK into lockdown.

She says: "I've come out the hospital realising where's everyone gone and everyone's isolated themselves."

The clip ends on a heartbreaking note as Katie reunites with her mum Amy through a window as they abide by the government sanctioned social distancing rules to prevent the spread of the deadly bug.

In the scene, Katie blows kisses at her mum, who is in the high risk category for covid-19 as she suffers from a terminal lung condition, before she tells her: "Love you, I'll see you soon."

In a confessional interview, the TV personality later says: "I can't even hug my mum, it's so sad."

A representative for Katie exclusively told OK! online: "Katie is excited about her one hour special. This special is probably the most personal thing that Katie has ever done. It's the final chapter of a nightmare that is now over."
