Carol Vorderman, 60, looked sensational today as she compared herself to a “scruffy Welsh ninja” while striking a karate style pose that showcased her pert posterior. The former Countdown host showed off her natural beauty as she went make-up free ahead of Wales’ match with Denmark.
Carol posted several photos on her Instagram story this morning.
In one photo she wore black skintight leggings with a matching long sleeve black top as she showed off her “ninja” moves.
She typed: “Being a scruffy Welsh Ninja today… yes that’s my ‘Ninja face,’” alongside laughing face emojis.
The TV star posed on her balcony for the selfie with one arm above her head and one leg up on her outside furniture.
In a second shot, she showed off her makeup-free visage as her skin appeared flawlessly hydrated.
She wore her long brunette hair down in a partially wavy style for the occasion.
Carol said: “West Wales. Scruff. No makeup day @britishandirishlions and then CYMRUUUUUU @fawales #euros.”
In the background of the photo, Carol showed her beautiful surroundings of the Welsh countryside.
The former Countdown star – who lives in Bristol – also owns a home in her homeland of Wales and she first returned in April, the weekend after lockdown restrictions eased.
Carol shared a picture of the beautiful beach near where she was staying and captioned the snap: “Good morning gorgeous peeps from Wales.
“Finally after the lockdown has been lifted slightly, I could come home.
“I grew up in North Wales and to see the sea and the mountains and the cows and sheep and green green grass (cue @realsirtomjones)… it fills my heart to bursting point.”

Elsewhere, the star shared how she battled a prolonged case of coronavirus before lockdown began last year.
The former Countdown host spoke on Good Morning Britain to Susanna Reid and Richard Madeley, as she opened up on the secret health battle that left her “unable to walk 100 yards” from her front door.
She said: “I got Covid before lockdown, long Covid… you know I’m a walker so I can go, ‘Ah I’m off on a nice little 15 miler today’. I couldn’t walk 100 yards.
“Months later I still couldn’t. I would be like, ‘Eurgh’. Yeah months, probably three months.”
Richard queried: “You look OK now?”
Carol replied: “Yeah I’m fine now, absolutely fine, yeah.”
Back in February, Carol had thanked the NHS after receiving her first coronavirus jab.
Wearing a mask, she said: “It was quite an emotional thing really to see everybody.
“So many people here have volunteered, from St John Ambulance to nursing staff, to the lad who was helping me (who) is joining the police force tomorrow.
“These are people with a sense of duty and service, and they are doing the best for all of us.”
