Brad Pitt skipped the red carpet at the Oscars. Perhaps the 2020 Best Supporting Actor winner was trying to make a subtle entrance to the ceremony, but when he finally did show up, he sparked a frenzy nonetheless.
Pitt entered midway through the show to present the Best Supporting Actress award, which ultimately went to Yuh-Jung Youn of Minari, a film Pitt produced. He dressed in a classic ensemble—a black tux and bow tie with some light jewelry—but his hair was where things got interesting. He wore his golden locks in a teeny, tiny updo, which could either be a short ponytail or a mini low bun.
The actor was seen wearing the look out and about in February, but now he’s finally given it the Oscar treatment. Whether the ‘do was a callback to his Legends of the Fall look or just pandemic hair doing its thing, it sent Twitter into a spin.
