Now that Meghan Markle and Prince Harry’s reign as official full-time members of the royal family is coming to an end, more and more reports about their time in England emerge each day. These past few weeks, royal fans have been treated to a ton of info about what really went down in England, whether or not Kate Middleton and Prince William are buying IG followers to keep up with them, and Meghan’s next career moves. And since they just relocated from Canada, it’s time to figure out what the hell Meghan and Harry are even doing in Los Angeles.
Meghan’s from L.A., so it only makes sense that they’d move back there to be closer to her mom and longtime friends. Also, their network of reps, agents, and business managers are all based there, adding even more pros to the should-we-move-to-L.A. list.
As far as we know, Meghan and Harry haven’t started doing ~L.A. things~ like drinking $10 green juices, grocery shopping at Gelson’s, or hiking Runyon Canyon in athleisure. But what we do know, according to a People source, is that they (plus Archie Harrison!) are obeying the California stay-at-home order and using “quiet time at home to find ways to support others” amid the coronavirus pandemic. Also, like many others now confined to their homes, the Sussexes reportedly admitted the new social distancing and self-isolation orders are “a lot to take in.” Never have I ever related to the royals so much.
Now that Meghan and Harry are stepping into their new lives, they have a ton to look forward to. Already, Meghan is going to be in a Disney+ movie that’ll benefit Elephants Without Borders and is considering relaunching her blog, The Tig. As for Harry, well, he’s already been in talks with banks for doing public speaking engagements, and they’re both working on establishing their own nonprofit. Exciting things ahead!
