MANY of us have already scheduled our next trip to the beauty salon in the hopes of defying the signs of aging on our skin.

However, a beauty blogger has revealed that she was able to transform her appearance at home by embracing advice given to her by a celebrity facialist.

Nadine (@thenaturalnadine) boasts almost 92,000 followers on TikTok, where she shares advice for staying healthy using natural remedies.

She took to the social media platform to explain how she maintains a youthful appearance with minimal effort.

She said: “Three lazy ways you can age reverse at home from your 37-year-old skincare and wellness bestie.

“Number one is doing red light therapy. This is for your neck and décolletage, you can’t neglect your neck.

“It’s a very effective way to boost collagen production. 

“It stimulates fibroblast activity and when those levels are increased then that’s when more collagen production happens.

“Obviously that’s going to reduce fine lines and wrinkles and it’s going to improve skin tone.”

Nadine revealed that she uses a red light therapy mask from Omnilux, which has been recommended by dermatologists and has been featured in skincare studies.

Nadine said: “You can literally just be in bed, walking around the house or doing errands wearing this.

“I don’t really care if people see this but you can also put it under a sweater.

“It’s just so convenient, you don’t have to do anything. You can use it while you’re working too.

“I usually do red light after I apply all of my skincare products so everything that I’m using just works better.

“The second lazy hack I’m using to age reverse is doing my microcurrent. 

“J-Lo’s former facialist, who invented the J-Lo glow, told me to do microcurrent years ago because she said I would avoid getting a facelift.

“Even if you just do it for five minutes a day it’s still going to be effective.

“Look at J-Lo she’s in her mid-50s and she looks amazing.

“Microcurrent uses low-level electrical currents to stimulate the cells in the skin and in the muscles. 

“So it’s also going to stimulate the fibroblast again which is responsible for collagen production and elastin.

“Also promotes better blood circulation to remove waste and toxins that can inhibit collagen production.”

Despite raving about the benefits of microcurrents, Nadine warned that it’s important to do research before purchase because some products can cause eye problems such as partial blindness.

She swears by a device from FaceGym which costs $520.

The beauty TikToker’s final recommendation was significantly more cost-effective than her other two suggestions.

She said: “Sipping on collagen production teas which is horsetail and nettle.

“These teas contain silica which is really key in collagen production.

“You can sip it during the day while you’re working and even before bedtime to help you relax.

“The third tea I’d recommend drinking is lemon balm as it’s antioxidant, anti-inflammatory, anti-bacterial, and hydrating properties to really moisturize the skin.

“Also calms the skin from redness and inflammation.

“It’s very soothing for the skin as well and it’s also great for your nervous system too.”

Nadine claimed that her tips will provide a visible improvement in the appearance of the skin and boost the immune system.

She captioned the post: “Easily age reverse at home with these tips, which one would you try?”

The post went viral with over 50,000 views and 3,400 likes as people took to the comment section gushing over her youthful appearance.

Countless commenters asked for further anti-aging advice for their own personal concerns including dark circles and hair loss. 

Nadine previously went viral after revealing that she made changes to her diet to improve her skin issues including eczema and acne.

She likened celery juice to “natural Botox” while revealing that the drink also helped to ease her bloating.
