A FUNLOVING mom has encouraged others to embrace how their body changes after having kids.
She vowed to wear a swimsuit without a beach coverup even in the most unexpected circumstances after finally gaining the confidence to embrace her body shape.
Riona O'Connor (@rionaoconnor_) has garnered over 186,000 followers on TikTok, where she gives an insight into her family life.
She took to the social media platform to champion body positivity after opting to stop worrying about how she looks as a parent.
The text over the video read: “POV: You’re a mom comfortable in her body for the first time this summer.”
She swapped a midi dress for a zebra print bikini set as she vacuumed the house.
She then changed into a second two-piece while lounging on the sofa.
The mom confidently wore a black swimsuit while doing other chores around the house including trimming the hedges in her yard and cooking dinner.
She also went around her local neighborhood on a scooter and kept on swimwear as she got into her car to run errands.
The empowering video which featured swimwear from UK-based supermarket chain Tesco was paired with a soundtrack from the movie Top Gun.

“Bikini body ready!” Riona captioned the post.
The video went viral with over 25,000 views, 2,300 likes, and a stream of comments from people reassuring her that she looks great.
One person wrote: “This is brilliant. Totally rocking those swimsuits…where are they from please?”
Another commented: “Love this, you look FABULOUS in all of them!”
A third said: “Those are awesome swimsuits and you look absolutely gorgeous.”
A fourth chimed in: “Yes queen! Rock that confidence – you look stunning.”

Riona previously went viral across social media after revealing that she was still breastfeeding her son Ruairi at four years old.
