MARK Wright is no stranger to dishing out helpful workout tips to his social media followers thanks to fitness company Live Wright.
And now he’s also served up some foodie inspiration after acing how to make the perfect fakeaway kebab in his Air Fryer.
The 36-year-old took to his personal Instagram account @wrighty_ to share the secret behind his tasty dish.
And it’s not just a healthier alternative, but the delicious dinner also saves major cash in comparison to your local takeaway.
That’s because the more nutritionally balanced ingredients total to approximately £2.85 when brought from a bargain supermarket such as Aldi.
Mark, who is married to actress Michelle Keegan, 35, lifted the lid on all the food you’d need to make it, plus the step-by-step method.

And the former The Only Way is Essex favourite said that it couldn’t be simpler to rustle up four kebabs that go in two pittas in the popular kitchen gadget.
He told his followers: “Healthy Air Fryer kebabs with turkey kofta and spicy mayo.
“Quick, high in protein, and SO easy to make. Add whatever salad and sauces you like.”
Mark then listed the ingredients, which included 250g of turkey mince, a red onion (split into two halves), ½ a chilli, 1 clove of garlic.

Other food items you’ll need in your kitchen are 2 wholemeal pittas, some shredded lettuce, 1 diced tomato, some jalapenos, and some salt and pepper for seasoning.
Talking his 1.8 million Instagram followers through the process, Mark began: “Add your mince, garlic, chilli, [half an] onion, salt and pepper (be generous with the seasoning) to a bowl.
“Combine the mixture with your hands and shape into kofta shapes.”
The next step is where the Air Fryer comes in, as you simply put the newly formed kebabs into the device and set the time.
Mark explained: “Pop in the Air Fryer for 15 minutes (originally I went for 20 but 15 was perfect).”

While the turkey koftas are cooking, it’s time to prepare the pitta and salad.
Mark said of the last step: “Carefully slice open your pittas and pop them in the toaster for a couple of minutes so that they are warm but not crispy, or they’ll break.
“Load up your pittas, with salad, koftas and sauce – and enjoy!”
Alongside his video tutorial, the TV reality star turned presenter showed himself tucking into what he’d just made as he gave it his seal of approval.
And his followers were also impressed by Mark’s culinary creation, as they flocked to the comment section.
